Our services are considered fulfilled once the scheduled session(s), consultation(s), or agreed-upon work has been delivered. Fulfillment timelines and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon during the onboarding or booking process.

3. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

• Non-Refundable Services: Any payments for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.

• Refundable Services: If you have prepaid for services or sessions that have not yet been delivered or completed, you may request a refund for the unused portion. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable service or transaction fees incurred by us.

• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and must include your full name, service details, and reason for the request.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
